Savannah Guthrie and her siblings have released a new video urging the safe return of their missing mother, saying they are willing to pay to bring her home.
The appeal follows the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, aged 84, who was last seen on January 31 in Tucson, Arizona. According to authorities, she was dropped off at her home late that night after spending time with family. She was reported missing the following morning when she failed to appear at church.
In the newly released video, Savannah Guthrie appears alongside her siblings Annie and Camron, addressing those believed to be responsible for their mother’s disappearance. They stated that they had received a message, expressed understanding, and asked for Nancy Guthrie to be returned so the family could be reunited.
Investigators have confirmed they are aware of the video and the messages referenced, though officials said there is no additional information to share at this stage. Law enforcement sources noted that the authenticity of recent messages and ransom notes has not yet been verified, but all communications are being treated seriously.
Authorities believe Nancy Guthrie was abducted from her home. Evidence at the residence included blood found on the porch, and officials reported that a doorbell camera was disconnected during the early morning hours. Her pacemaker monitoring app was also disconnected from her phone shortly afterward.
No suspects or persons of interest have been identified. A reward of $50,000 has been announced for information that could help locate Nancy Guthrie or lead to an arrest. The investigation remains active as the family continues to seek answers.
