Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anna Tsivilyova addressed the Xiangshan Forum in Beijing on Thursday, emphasizing that military cooperation between Russia and China is conducted “in strict compliance with international law.”
Speaking at the gathering, which brings together around 1,800 participants from 100 countries—including political, military, and academic leaders—Tsivilyova criticized what she called “hegemonic logic and acts of bullying,” condemning efforts to impose dominance through force.
