A newly released set of Epstein-related records places Bill Clinton and George Bush at the center of allegations involving the sexual assault of a male complainant, while noting no supporting evidence.
The documents summarize an FBI interview conducted on August 27, 2019, with a male individual who accused Jeffrey Epstein of sexually assaulting him during a yacht trip in 2000. In the same statement, the complainant alleged that former US President Bill Clinton also raped him and that George Bush was present on the trip. He stated that the assault occurred while he was in a heavily drug-induced state.

According to the interview record, the complainant described being sodomized and claimed he was unable to fully understand or resist what was happening due to intoxication. He further made extreme claims about violent and ritualistic acts witnessed on the yacht. The transcript records that he alleged physical harm but also stated that no permanent injuries or visible scars remained.
The FBI notes indicate that the complainant said these memories resurfaced years later during therapy that began in 2016 and were described as recovered repressed memories. The record also documents his history of substance use and allegations of long-term sexual abuse by a relative starting in childhood.
Investigators recorded that the complainant did not provide any corroborating or physical evidence to support his claims. The FBI did not expand the investigation, citing concerns that he was emotionally unbalanced, though it was noted that he was not intoxicated during the interview. The released records do not include findings that verify the allegations.
