Shocking Protest at the Louvre: Prince Andrew’s Arrest Photo on Display

Activists from the “Everyone Hates Elon” campaign group staged a protest at the Louvre museum in Paris on February 22. They hung a framed photograph of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, taken on February 19, the day of his arrest. The photo showed the disgraced royal sitting in the back of a car leaving a police station.

The activists added a caption below the photograph reading: “He’s Sweating Now – 2026,” highlighting their message that the royal should face justice. The group aims to raise awareness about allegations against Mountbatten-Windsor, who is accused of misconduct in a public office related to his connection with the late U.S. sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Mountbatten-Windsor, the younger brother of British King Charles, was arrested on his 66th birthday on suspicion of sending confidential British government documents to Epstein. The British police are currently contacting former protection officers, urging anyone with relevant information to come forward.

The protestors said their display was meant to show how the world might remember Mountbatten-Windsor and to support Epstein survivors. The photo remained on display for 15 minutes before it was removed by staff.

Mountbatten-Windsor has denied any wrongdoing and has expressed regret over his association with Epstein.
